OUR FEE STRUCTURE

We take pride in having a simple fixed fee structure. We charge flat/fixed fees. Most services we provide fit in the structure described below, but there may be situations where a taxpayer may be unsure of the extent of tax issues. In those cases, we charge $1,600 to file a Tax Information Request, IRS Form 8821, with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This fee will be discounted from Fees below if you hire us as your representatives.The Authorization  allows us to download and review an indivdual or business client's account history and determine the best course of action to pursue. At this point, a taxpayer is not obligated to proceed beyond the initial discovery phase, but if he or she chooses to allow us to help resolve the tax issues, we then prepare a work engagement letter for potential clients’ review. If he or she approves and returns the signed work engagement letter to us, then we will prepare a power of attorney and file it with IRS. From that point on IRS communicates directly with us as we work together to resolve the current tax issues.

• Fees are based on clients’ total current tax liability – including assessed tax, penalties, and interest.Exceptions to the fees shown will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
